intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. No statement made in any advertising or
informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a

Payment is expected and all accounts must be settled within 2 weeks of the concluded auction. AFAOA accepts cash, check, wire and all major credit cards (credit card payments are subject to a higher buyer’s premium). Merchandise will not be released to third-party shipper until payment is cleared.
Under no circumstances shall AFAOA be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone’s internet service, technical or software problems during the auction. AFAOA will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. AFAOA is not responsible for any accidental bids.
