The present Rado NCC 505 wristwatch, reference 625.3037.2, was manufactured ??around 1970 in Switzerland. It has an automatic movement, and displays the hour, minute, second, date and day of the week. The golden dial is fitted with golden hands. The case and strap are made of gold-plated stainless steel. The folding clasp consists of stainless steel with partial gilding.
During a short-term test, the watch was fully functional, but long-term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed. The watch is in good overall condition with wear. On the inside of the strap are traces of oxidation. The case dimensions are 34 x 36 mm. The strap length is 20 cm, and the lugs measure 22 mm. The total weight of the watch is 117 grams.

It was founded in 1917 as manufactory Schlup & Co. by the brothers Schlup in Lengnau. Initially, only movements were produced. In 1937, the subsidiary Rado Watch Co. Ltd. was founded.
