Please wait for invoice for shipping cost. Generally, shipping should be $24, with the cost of tracking number included and $15, without tracking number- this is for packages with value up to $100. For everything exceeding $100 in value, we apply a 2.2% charge for extra-insurance. This applies to gemstones and small items. For voluminous packages, shipping will be priced accordingly.
For bidders with different billing and shipping addresses, please provide both at the time of registration.
For the bidders living on a radius of 50 km of Vancouver (Langley and Abbotsford are included), we try do deliver the items, for a cost of $25, representing the delivery fee.

Auctions will be subject to an 18% buyer’s premium including credit card processing fees.
Internet bidders shall receive notification via email of winning lots - included in the invoice.
Online bidding during the Live Auction is a fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given; bids will be taken immediately and is irrevocable.
No bidder shall retract their bid. In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder. A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid. The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion.
ELITE AUCTION assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted.
Products are sold "as is, where is" there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.
There will be no preview for this auction, for the general public. All previews have to be scheduled by the phone, at 604-616-3640. Bidders are the only ones responsible for conducting testing and evaluations of the gemstones and jewelry, as ELITE AUCTION bears no responsibility for the accuracy of the description.
Catalogue is prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales are final.
Our representatives do not claim any expertise. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client; it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. We shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.
High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and for the Auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. ELITE AUCTION makes no warranties of any kind relating to them.
For the estimated value of the gemstones we use a specialized professional software at Gemval.com.
Any dispute of purchase must be made within 2 days of sale.
After the postal carrier's confirmation of the delivery of the package, no returns are admitted, under any circumstances.
Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by the auction house. Elite Auction will exercise all reserve bids and the house’s agents can bid against the reserve price. The record of sale kept by the Auction house is final if any dispute arises. Digital recordings of the sale will be used for confirmation. Also, digital recordings of the packaging process will be used, in order to counter false claims of items not received.
Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in our Auction through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the Auctions are held.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All purchased lots must be paid by direct deposit, E-TRANSFER or by credit card. Internet bidders’ payment is due in full by the next day following the Auction, at 06:00 p.m., for online payments.
All applicable excise and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder here by indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, due to ELITE AUCTION, the delivery of any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof becomes impossible, the sole liability of ELITE AUCTION shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot. This doesn’t apply to the lots not removed in the prescribed time, and considered abandoned.
The auction runs and ends on Saturday, July 9th 2022.
When bidding for an item that has quantity greater than 1, if you are successful, you will receive one of the groupings, not necessarily the first lot.
ELITE AUCTION is not responsible for shipping Carrier's lost or damaged items.
Live auctions and timed auctions will be subject to an 18% buyer’s premium (unless otherwise noted). If shipping is not arranged within 72 hours the buyer agrees the auctioneer may auto ship all items at the buyer’s expense. This applies to paid items, only.
