You will be charged actual shipping charges from selected carrier, usually Fedex, unless customer requests otherwise. The shipping will be calculated based on the address you have on file when you signed up for the auction. Shipping will include insurance for the amount of your purchase and adult signature confirmation. Your item(s) will be shipped out within 7 business days of shipping payment. There will be a $5 Packing and Handling fee for each lot.

All items at Hanlin's Auction Service are sold as is where is. We prefer local pickup on all items, but if you purchase from out of the area we can ship at the buyers expense with a $5 per lot packing and handling fee added. You must pick up your items Friday 3-5 or Monday-Thursday 10-5. Credit cards on file will be processed the following business day of the auction. If we are shipping your items you must pay for shipping within two days of receiving your invoice or it will be directly charged to your card. We run several auctions a week and don't have room to store your items for long periods of time. You must have everything taken care of within 7 business days or your items are subject to being forfeit and put back into the auction at your expense. You must pay your initial invoice that you receive for your items. After the initial invoice is paid you will receive an invoice for shipping. We choose the cheapest shipping available for our customers unless you specify differently. There will be a 16% buyers premium assessed to all purchases.
