No International Shipping, only USA & Canada only. We do in-house shipping. Buyer pays all shipping fees, including handling & insurance. It is the buyers responsibility to furnish proper mailing addresses.

** Payment: We honor American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, PayPal, and Money Transfers. Personal checks will be honored with a fifteen day waiting period for our local bank to clear your check. New Mexico Sales Tax will be charged on items delivered within New Mexico, unless an NTTC is on file at our office. If we do not receive instructions on payment credit card on file will be charged and items shipped.

Terms & Conditions for Desert West Live Auctions:
All bidders must have a USA or Canadian shipping address & VALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE PREVIOUS TO BEING APPROVED TO BID. No International Shipping, unless previously approved by Desert West. Any changes to mailing address etc., must be made immediately after the Auction, or we will be shipping to the address that is on the invoice.
All merchandise is sold as is, where is to the highest bidder. Neither we, nor the consignor make any warranties or representations with respect to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, age, source, origin, authenticity, or condition of any item sold. All statements, written and oral, are the opinion only of Desert West Auctioneers. Any questions about items should be asked prior to the auction.
*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. Any Bidder that has never purchased from us, will be asked for credit card information prior to Approval To Bid.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.

*** Buyers Premium: A buyers premium of 20% will be added to the final bid amount on all items purchased. Please note - Invoices will be sent for each auction date with combined shipping if applicable. Please allow 7 days for us to invoice for your winning items. You will have until Wednesday after the auction to notify us of any changes in payment method, otherwise, after your items have been packed by our in-house staff and are ready to ship,your credit card on file will be charged and your paid invoice will be sent.
*** Shipping: We combine shipping for multiple purchases where possible. All shipping is at the buyers expense, and will be determined after each auction, based on actual shipping charges to designated shipping address, supplied by the buyer. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs plus insurance & handling. We require all items to be insured. Return shipping of items to us must be pre-authorized and is at the buyers expense.
