Ross Browne <I>Report of the Debates in the Convention of California on the Formation of the State Constitution in September and October, 1849</B></I> (Washington: John T. Towers, 1850), first edition, 479 pages, appendix 46 pages, 8vo (6" x 9"), brown blind-stamped cloth, good condition with badly worn corners and property stamps present on several of the preliminary pages from both the Brooklyn and Long Island Historical Societies. The book was presented to D. O. Kellogg by Fillmore. Fillmore (1800 - 1874) has signed "<I>D. O. Kellogg from Hon. M. Fillmore</B></I>" on the front free endpaper. Kellogg presented this book to the Long Island Historical Society in 1864. <BR><BR><B>Important notice:
