Please advise when registering for online bidding if you wish to pickup your purchases, otherwise, freight charges will be calculated on the Monday & Tuesday following the auction - charges will be added to your invoice and the total processed on your credit card.
If you plan to pick-up your purchases, please email me at wendy@clydeauctioneering.com prior to Monday noon following the auction or call 780-206-0192 to advise when you will be picking up. If we do not receive notification by Monday noon, arrangements will be made to ship your purchases.
We ship all purchases via Canada Post that are within the size and weight amounts allowed at the most economical pricing. All shipments being sent parcel post have up to $100 insurance (insurance is applicable only up to the value of the purchase(s). If you wish to have your shipment insured to value (ie. purchases valued at $1,500 would require additional insurance for $1,400) please advise the office by email prior to noon on the Monday following the auction otherwise we will only include the minimum insurance.
Regarding purchases of Larger/Heavier Items – we can ship either by CanPar or a moving company. We can facilitate arrangements for shipments via CanPar; however, if a moving company is required, arrangements will have to be made by the purchaser. As noted above, all shipping arrangements must be made and purchases picked up within 4 business days from the date of the auction. Please advise our office of arrangements made with a moving or freight company in order for us to be available at the time of pick-up. Items not picked up within 7 business days from the date of the auction will be deemed abandoned and will become the property of Clyde Auctioneering as payment for storage of said items.
***All purchases of Ammunition (dangerous goods) will require shipping via CanPar.
As noted in our Terms and Conditions – if you wish to pay for your purchases and freight charges via EFT, please advise the office by noon on the Monday following the auction.

Please contact our office by Monday morning (780-348-5414) if you wish to pay with e-transfer; otherwise, freight charges will be calculated, added to your purchase price and processed on the bidders' credit card by Tuesday morning. All successful bid items will be held until payment is received in full. If you wish to pick up your purchases, please notify our office by Monday morning to avoid freight charges being added to your invoice price.

Terms: Visa, Mastercard or e-transfer. Nothing is shipped until paid for in full. A 17% Buyers Fee will be charged on all purchases. GST will apply to applicable purchases. ***Please advise if you wish to pay by EFT before noon on Monday, otherwise your payment will be processed on your credit card. A 2% discount will be applicable for payment by EFT or Cash. A 2% premium will be added if your credit card is declined when processing your payment. Please ensure your credit card is valid and has adequate funds on auction day not just at the time when you register for online bidding. All items are sold “As Is, Where is” and lie at the Purchaser’s risk. Clyde Auctioneering is NOT responsible for the condition of any firearm. We represent the firearms only to the extent that is visible to us. The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever. Please read descriptions of the items carefully. The Owner/Auction Company attempt to list items as accurately as possible and are not responsible for errors in description of condition. You acknowledge item information is received from the consignors and you hereby agree not to hold Clyde Auctioneering and/or our employees responsible for any errors or omissions regarding item(s) being sold.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final. No person shall bid on any lot (1) of which he is the Consignor; or (2) as an Agent, Associate on behalf of the Consignor.
When using our online auction services, you are making a commitment to purchase said item(s) - you are entering into a binding legal contract. All item(s) are to be paid for prior to removing said item(s) and within 48 hours of completion of auction.
