Immediately on having been sold, all lots are held to be delivered, after payment has been received. At Carwile Auctions customer service is our goal; therefore, we will package and ship your purchases. Shipping is a non-profit service that we will provide on a COD basis. The COD charges will be for the shipping and packaging of the items. COD is not a reflection on you as our customer, but has been implemented for bookkeeping ease on this non-profit service. In the event UPS does not pay a claim, Carwile Auctions does not carry shipper’s insurance and is therefore AT THE MERCY OF UPS and will not be held liable for claims. Items will be shipped in approx. 1 week after payment is received for your purchase. Contact the auction company for freight charges on items to big for UPS to handle.

NO WARRANTIES: The lots are sold “as is” The Auctioneer has taken great care to insure that any statement regarding the items, and descriptions regarding the items in the catalogue are accurate
2. If you are unsure about any lot for any reason, DO NOT BID. No items may be returned for any reason.
3. Once an item is sold to a bidder by the auctioneer, at that point the merchandise becomes the full responsibility
of the purchaser. All sales are finial.
4. All on line bidders are subject to a 18% buyers premium
5. Bidders are required to register and give photo ID prior to the beginning of the sale. Online bidders must complete registration with both eBay and icollector.com. Online bidders must have a credit card on file with
Ebay.
6. Full payment of purchaser’s account must be received at the end of the auction or upon check out. Terms are cash or check unless other arrangements are made. Online bidders must pay by PayPal, money order or cashier checks
