and descriptions given for their inspection. Bo Hawks Auction reserves the right to
change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if
bids have been placed on the item. Bo Hawks Auction will not be responsible for
omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and
intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. No statement made in any advertising or
informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a
warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item

Buyer agrees to hold harmless and also acknowledges that Bo Hawks Auction and their
employees have not made any representations upon which Buyer is relying. Absentee
and online bids are accepted. Bo Hawks Auction sells all property containing
mechanical movements (clocks, watches, and locking mechanisms) without any
representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the future condition of said
movements. Estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this
figure when bidding. This figure is what the auctioneer expects the lot to bring.
All questions should be forwarded to the auction house before bidding.
BY SIGNING UP AS A BIDDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND

OR GUARANTEE. Payment is expected and all accounts must be settled within 1-2
business days concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the
buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. THE WINNING
BIDDER OF ANY LIVE AUCTION HAS HEREBY ENTERED INTO A BINDING
AGREEMENT, AS THE BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM. BUYER IS
FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE
PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM THE
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN
ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM. THERE IS AN 28%
RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS.
ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN AND THE TERMS OF A RETURN WILL BE
DETERMINED SOLELY BY BO HAWKS AUCTION ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, AND
BO HAWKS AUCTION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURN
REQUESTS. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE
COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; BO HAWKS AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT
ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO
COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
CUSTOMS - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall BO HAWKS Auction
House be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of
anyone’s internet service, technical or software problems during live auction. BO
HAWKS Auction\will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. BO
HAWKS Auction is not responsible for any accidental bids. Bidders that have wish to be
certain their bids are acknowledged should leave their maximum bid up to 24 hours in
advance
Absentee and online bids are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted. Bank wires
are accepted. Buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be
provided via email following each auction. Merchandise will not be released until
payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All
international sales and sales exceeding $8750. must be paid by bank wire. Payment is
expected within 1-2 business days concluding auction. Any item not paid for within fortyeight
hours(48) is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction
block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from
future Art, Jewelry Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and
the credit bureau.
Buyer’s premium is 17.5%.
Nevada state residents must pay 8.1% sales tax.
Credit Card will be charged immediately upon conclusion of action for the winning bid and premium. Unless Hawks Auction is previously notified shipping and handling will be done by Hawks Auction within 10 days and charges for these services will be immediately debited onto the card.
