Shipping Details:
Paige Auction offers Packing & Shipping Services for most item purchases. Only on large or unusual items will shipping be sent to an outside shipper. This will help insure the safe arrival of your items as well as keeping cost down. Once your items have been packaged we will complete your invoice and include all shipping cost. At that time we will invoice you with your completed total. No double invoices or separate bill for your shipping and items.
Shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight and size of your total order and the zip code of the destination. The majority of our shipping is done in house by Paige Auction Staff.
We ship via FedEx and USPS. You can choose how fast you want your package to get to you. Obviously, the faster you want it, the more the shipping cost is.
Larger paintings and prints are generally subject to 'oversize' surcharges.
We charge you what the carrier charges us plus the cost of packing and packaging, we do not make a profit on shipping.
How long to get my order?
Orders are generally processed, picked and packed within 2 to 3 business days of the close of auction. If you need something very quickly or have a special circumstance, please contact our staff during normal work hours and we'll do what we can to expedite your Next Day Air packages.
Ground shipments can take up to about 10 days to receive, if the location is very far from our location in Portland, OR. However, most orders shipped ground are received within about one week.
If there is a problem with the order, such as, invalid card number, bad addresses or the like, then orders will be held until these issues are resolved with the customer.

There is no charge for registration to bid. If you are new to Paige Auction, a major credit card or cash deposit may be required to register.
When bidding on any lot offered by Paige Auction, bidders indicate they are accepting following Terms of Sale:
Condition of Items Sold:
Paige Auction GUARANTEES ALL LOTS TO BE AUTHENTIC and makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered at our sales. However, all items for sale are “as is,” and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item.
Since all sales are final, please verify our descriptions and carefully view the property before you bid. Paige Auction will not be held responsible for typographical errors. All items will be available for preview three (3) days prior to an auction.
Opening Bids and Reserves:
All items in the auction will have a minimum opening bid.Some items may also be subject to a “moderate reserve” (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). Items with a reserve will be marked with an asterisk (*).
Buyer’s Premiums:
A buyer’s premium will be added to the sale prices and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.

Payment:
Cash, VISA / MasterCard and checks are accepted. Personal or company checks will only be accepted if the writer is known to us.
All payments are due within 10 days after the auction. Bidders that have not paid by the 10th day following the auction will have their credit card on record charged for the full amount of their purchases. All purchases must be paid for in full before they can be removed from the premises.
Rights & Responsibilities:
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding on an item if it is deemed necessary because of a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and and an Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence.
Paige Auction and its representatives reserve the right to remove attendees who impede the previews or the auction.
Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed.
No lot may be transferred to another buyer.
