Plaque reads: ''1968-69 Television Academy Awards / Outstanding Writing Achievement in Comedy / Murray Roman, Allan Blye, Bob Einstein, Carl Gottlieb, Cy Howard, Steve Martin, Jerry Music, Cecil Tuck, Paul Wayne and Mason Williams / The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour / February 16, 1969 - CBS''. ''The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences'' is embossed on top of the base. Statuette stands 15'' high including the base and weighs approximately 3.5 pounds. Overall in very good condition.
