Items won online cannot be picked up from the auction house until the following day.
Shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly. Packing & Shipping are available for an additional charge of $10.00 per gun, plus the cost of an appropriate shipping container and the actual cost from Canada Post for mailing. All shipments will be charged to your credit card or sent via Canada Post C.O.D. All shipments will require a signature on delivery.
Internet Bidders from the United States shall at their own expense provide Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service with all the necessary documents and proof to legally ship via Canada Postal Service any and all firearm(s) that the Internet Bidder may be the winning bidder on.
Outside of Canada the purchases will be shipped once we have received the import documents from buyer’s country. The U.S. Border requires a completed Form 6 from the ATF completed by a licensed FFL Dealer for any firearm or ammunition. NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED ACROSS THE U.S. BORDER SO U.S. BUYERS BEWARE. Please contact the ATF at (304) 616-4550 for more information. Shipping firearm to the U.S. ranges from $100+... BID PRICE
Each Internet Buyer must register with Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service through the icollector auction site prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 15%, plus 3) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.
ACCEPTANCE
The purchaser is legally liable to pay for the item or pay the difference if we must re offer and sell the item for a lower price.
