Mis-identified lots or lots with errors may be canceled based on our disgression of the error. If payment has been made on an error lot, the payment will be returned to the bidder in prompt fashion and the corrected lot may be relisted at a future date.

All auction lots will be shipped with the appropriate tracking and insurance as deemed acceptable by us. Buyers must pay all shipping and handling charges and will be invoiced for the total amount after conclusion of the auction. If you require express services such as FEDEX, DHL, PUROLATOR, ETC. Please contact us for a price quote prior to paying for your items. All items will be shipped with tracking, no exceptions.
By bidding on this auction the bidder accepts that we are in no way responsible for techincal errors, poor internet connections, internet lagging problems, or any other problems that may occur in online bidding. No bidder shall have any claim against us in any way for any of these aforementioned issues before or during the auction.
5 % gst is required to be paid by the successful bidder on all applicable items and shipping and handling charges to Canadian Residents. GST will be calculated after the conclusion of the auction and included on the invoice sent to the bidder. Tax will not be charged to international bidders.
Buyers premium is set at 18% and will be charged to successful bidders after the conclusion of the auction.
We are not responsible for any import, duty, or fees charged on international shipments. These are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
