Accepted Payment Methods:
1. The auctioneer shall have the right to reject any opening bid and a merely nominal or fractional advance bid. He shall also have the right to open bidding, on behalf of the vendor at such a figure as he may deem equitable.

<BR>2. The records of the Clerk of the sale together with the records maintained by the Auctioneer shall be accepted as final in all cases of dispute.
<BR>
<BR>3. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser, and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneer shall eiter resolve the dispute or re-offer the lot in dispute for re-sale immediately.
<BR>
<BR>4. Payment shall be made of the full purchase price by cash or cheque after the sale.
<BR>
<BR>5. All bidding shall by by number and all bidders shall be required to register with the clerk, giving their name and address and receiving a number prior to bidding.
<BR>
<BR>6. Purchases shall not be released unless paid in full.
<BR>
<BR>7. Release of any purchase will be made only upon presentation of the bill of purchase and during normal buisness hours.
<BR>
<BR>8. All goods are to be removed at the expense of the purchaser.
<BR>
<BR>9. Storage of any purchases shall be at the sole risk of the purchaser.
<BR>Title passes upon the conclusion of the bidding on each lot and thereafter neither the Auctioneer, his servants or workmen, nor the vendor will assume the responsibility if such purchase is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed from any cause whatsoever. Storage charges may apply and will be made upon all sales after 48 hours unless arrangements have been made with the vendor.

<BR>10. In the case of lots upon which there is a reserve, or in the opinion of the Auctioneer have not reached a reasonable sale value, the Auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the Vendor.
<BR>
<BR>11. While every effort is made to ensure the correct descriptions, all lots are sold as is. Every lot is on public display prior to its sale, after which the same will be sold as is without recourse. No guarantee is made by either the owners, the Auctioneers or any of their employees, servants or agents of the correctness of the description, authenticity or condition of the lot, and no sale shall be set aside or voided on this account.

<BR>12. Notwithstanding the preceding condition, if within 30 days of the said purchase of any lot the buyer by notice in writing delivered to the Vendor give notice that the lot is not as catalogued, and within the said 30 days period returns the lot to the Vendor in the same condition as it was at the time of sale, and is able to satisfy the Vendor by evidence satisfactory to the Vendor that such lot was not as catalogued, then the Vendor will rescind the sale and refund the purchase price received without interest.

<BR>13. The purchase price payable by a buyer shall be the sum of the final bid and a premium of 15 (fifteen) % of the final bid.
