Unless arrangements are made, all items not picked up within the time perscribed, or for out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to you at your expense.
Note, there is a $5.00 Shipping & Handling Fee, plus the actual cost of shipping & insurance. ( We do not mark up, you only pay what Canada Post charges for shipping & insurance )
Please give 15 to 30 days for items to be collected, packed, and shipped out by Canada Post.

Catalogue is prepared only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated by any reason or defect or inaccuracy of description in catalogue or otherwise, and no liability shall be borne by the auctioneers by virtue of any such fault or error. All sales final.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The purchaser/bidder here by indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner hes sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, City Passports Inc. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Finns Auction House shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time.
The auction runs and ends on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Pick up times run from Friday, July 1st to Tuesday, July 5th. 9:00am to 5:00pm. (Evening scheduled pickup can be provided)
When bidding for an item that has quantity greater than 1, if you are successful, you will receive one of the grouping, not necessarily the first
lot.
City Passports Inc. is not responsible for shipping Carrier's lost or damaged items.
Live auctions will be subject to a 15% buyers premium (unless otherwise noted).If shipping is not arranged within 72 hours the buyer agrees the auctioneer may auto ship all items at the buyers expense.
