Preview will be at the location in Kansas City Friday, September 1, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. with a ”Live Audience Only” Auction beginning at 2:00 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, September 2 & 3, 2006 The preview will start at 8:00 a.m. and the Auction will start at 9:00 a.m. These two days will allow internet, phone and absentee bidding.

Shipping Details:
Shipping – All small and medium size items going to internet bidders will be handled by NAVIS Packing and Shipping, Lenexa, Kansas. The larger items will be handled by Eric’s Shipping Service, Kingman, Arizona. Warning: This will cause some delays in shipping so be aware that you may not receive your items for up to 5 weeks after the auction. We will do our best to get your items to sooner, however, it is not promised and your patience will be required at all times. Also, these two companies do an excellent job of packing in an effort to keep things from getting broke. If you think you will be paying $25.00 for packing and shipping then you may want to reconsider and not bid.
Items being sold to Absentee, Phone or Internet bidders will be loaded onto a truck the minute they are sold and will not be available for pickup at the auction site. Should you win an item by Absentee, Phone or Internet bidding, you will be required to deal directly with the shipping company for shipping and handling of that item and will be required to pay them direct for their services. Should you choose to use another shipper other than the ones we have on site, there will be a handling fee imposed. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

1. Condition of Merchandise - In publishing these auction descriptions, Showtime Auction Services has endeavored to accurately describe all of the items being auctioned. However, all property is sold "As Is - Where Is" with no guarantee as to the age, condition, size, quality, rarity, variety, importance, historical relevance or value of the items being sold. This is not an approval auction. All sales are final. Absolutely No Refunds - No Returns - No Exceptions.
2. Disputes - The Auctioneer will make absolute and final judgment as to who is the successful bidder of each and every item in the auction whether it be a live bidder, a phone bidder an absentee bidder or an internet bidder. Any tie bids automatically go to the floor bidder with no exceptions. All bids are irrevocable and shall be in accordance with the conditions of the sale and be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of Michigan. By bidding at the auction, whether present, in person, or by written bid, telephone bid or internet bid or any other means, the buyer shall be deemed to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Michigan.
3. Title - Title to all items shall be passed to the successful bidder once the Auctioneer says "SOLD". The winning bidder shall assume Full Responsibility for the lot purchased once the title has passed with no exceptions.
4. Payment - All accounts are to be settled within ten days of the completion of the auction either by PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. If you use PayPal or E-Check, don’t even think about filing a dispute no matter what the reason. We will fight you all the way to the supreme court to keep you from getting your payment back.
5. Buyers Premium - An 18% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid amount for all internet bids.
6. Grievances - If you have a grievance with Showtime Auction Services and do not attempt to reconcile it via email or phone directly with us, you will be banned from bidding at any of our future auctions. We strive to make our customers happy however, we will not deal with unfair or unreasonable humans, PERIOD!
